COVID-19 Cancellation Policy ONLY - (updated 19 March 2020)
If the following circumstances apply to you at the time of your booked check in date, the COVID-19 Cancellation Policy will apply to your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking and the following does not apply, the standard cancellation policy will apply to your booking.
- You are required to self-isolate in accordance with the Australian Government Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) policy during the dates of your stay. This includes:
- Have contracted a confirmed case of coronavirus
- All people who arrive in Australia from overseas after midnight 15 March 2020
- All people who think they may have been in contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus
- You have specifically made a booking relating to a major event that has been cancelled due to the imposed restrictions on non-essential organised gatherings.
Reservations made on or before 19 March 2020
If the above applies to you, the following cancellation policy will apply to your booking:
- Change of dates or a credit on your account for a 12 month period to re-book your stay, with no administration fee
- If costs vary between booking dates, additional fees may apply
Reservations made after 19 March 2020
If the above applies to you, the following cancellation policy will apply to your booking:
- If your booking is cancelled with not less than 72 hours notice, you may receive:
- Change of dates or a credit on your account for a 12 month period to re-book your stay, with no administration fee
- If costs vary between booking dates, additional fees may apply
- If your booking is cancelled within 72 hours of your booked check in date, no refund will be given.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is usually available after 2pm.
What time do I need to check out by?
You need to come and say goodbye before 10am on the day of departure.

Our team are here to assist from 8:30am to 6:00pm 7 days per week.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your accommodation.
What happens if I need to changes or cancel?
Where a booking is cancelled 28+ days prior to the arrival date, a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee. Where a one (1) night booking is cancelled 15-28 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation charge will be made. Where a two (2+) night booking is cancelled 15-28 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the booking will be made. Where a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund applies. There is no refund for early departure. Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at their discretion. All cancellations must be in writing direct.
Can my friends visit and use the facilities?
Your day visitors will be charged $3 per person
Can I bring my pet?
Dogs allowed all year round in camping areas. During long weekends, public holidays, Easter and between Christmas and New Year this is at Management Discretion.
